Shipping and Storage Terms
Consolidation Customers:
Any vehicle received in one of our branches will have 30 free calendar days to provide us with all necessary instructions and documents needed for loading (see below):

Full Container Load Customers:
Any vehicles received at one of our branches for destinations where consolidation is not being offered will have 15 calendar days free of storage to deliver all cars and provide all necessary instructions and documents needed for loading. Afterwards, storage fees will apply.
AEC Branch Storage Charges:

- New Jersey - $35*

- Seattle - $20
- Toronto - $35
*Vehicles coming to Los Angeles or New Jersey branches will have only 15 calendar days to deliver all cars and provide us with all necessary instructions and documentations needed for loading.
If circumstances arise, such as missing required documents, change of thought, destination restrictions, etc. that prevent vehicle from being shipped the cargo is subject to removal from AEC’s yards, client is responsible for storage and gate out fees.
